REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & experience

  • 1+ year experience in hospitality or similar restaurant roles.

Tasks & responsibilities

 

  • Assist in the day to day running of the restaurant
  • Motivate and inspire the staff leading by example
  • Delegate staff roles to ensure smooth operation in a timely manner
  • Assist with opening/closing duties as directed by management
  • Assist in basic food preparation such as: packing Salad, making wraps. Ensuring food quality and presentation standards
  • Reinforcing tidiness among the staff to ensure pleasant customer experience
  • Ability to navigate challenging situations and find accurate solutions
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the restaurant's overall success such as B2B sales
